  • Partners, Developers, Publishers: Our business partners share information with us such as browser cookie IDs, mobile device IDs, hashed user information like email addresses, demographic or interest data, and content viewed or actions taken on a website or app. Some of our partners also enable us to collect similar information directly from their website or app by integration to our platform. Information shared by partners and affiliates or collected by Wink3 from the websites and apps of partners and affiliates may be combined with the other information you share with us and that we receive, generate, or infer about you described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.
  • Other Third Parties, Account Connections, and Integrations: We may receive information about you from third parties who are not our partners, such as other Wink3 users, developers, and partners who help us evaluate the safety and quality of content on our platform, our corporate affiliates, and other services you link to your Wink3 account. The option to connect your Wink3 account to your account on another service may be available, and that other service may send us information about your account on that service.

Transaction information related to your use of our services may be recorded on a public blockchain. Blockchains are public ledgers of transactions maintained on decentralized networks operated by third parties not controlled or operated by Wink3. Due to the public and immutable nature of blockchain ledgers, we cannot guarantee the ability to amend, erase, or control the disclosure of data uploaded and stored on a blockchain.

5. How Long We Keep Information

At Wink3, we are committed to retaining your data only for as long as necessary to fulfill our obligations and provide our services effectively. Here’s how we handle the retention of your information:

  • Duration of Account: We retain your profile information and content for the duration of your account’s existence.
  • Personal Data Retention: Generally, we keep other personally identifiable data collected during your use of our products and services for a maximum of 18 months.
  • Public Content: Please note that even if you remove public content from our platform, it may still exist elsewhere, as third parties like search engines could retain copies based on their own privacy policies.
  • Account Suspension: In the event of account suspension due to rule violations, we may indefinitely retain the identifiers used to create the account (such as email address or mobile number) to prevent repeat offenses.
  • Compliance and Security: We may retain certain information beyond our standard retention periods to comply with legal requirements and for safety and security reasons, including fraud prevention, tax obligations, and regulatory compliance.
